Our story

Hi everyone! We are Char & Oak candle co. A fully non toxic candle and wax melt company right here in Colorado Springs! We are a family run business and hand pour everything right from our home. How did we get started? My husband and I went on a date night in Fort Collins, stumbled upon a make your own candle shop and made a couple! We found the whole process so fun and started to think…. We go through 4-6 candles a month at home and who knows what all that is putting into our families air… we can do this! We ordered a small kit just to make some for our house and for friends and family. The response was so positive we decided to scale it! We started with two scents { fresh cut lilacs + mahogany teakwood } and rolled with those for months! Then fall came and we stumbled upon a HUGE fan favorite… crisp autumn day… then vanilla pumpkin marshmallow… balsam fir… and on and on! We offer a HUGE variety of candles and wax melts for all seasons because who are we to tell you when you’re in the mood for a scent! Thank you all for being a part of our journey 🩷 Ps.
