Shop owner at Virginia Beach
Dorothy Florkowski
Our story
I’m Dorothy, the owner of Beyond Joy Gifts. I believe a thoughtful gift can say so much—“I love you,” “I’m thinking of you,” or “You matter.” The name Beyond Joy is rooted in my Christian faith and the lasting joy I find in Jesus. That meaning is at the heart of what I hope to share through my business: kindness, connection, and a little brightness in everyday life. I personally select handbags, jewelry, accessories, and gifts with beauty and thoughtfulness in mind. Whether you’re celebrating someone special or choosing something for yourself, I want you to find a piece you’ll love. Bringing Beyond Joy to The Collective Boutiques in Hilltop, Virginia Beach, is a meaningful new chapter. I’m grateful to share this collection with our local community and welcome you into a small business built with care. Thank you for being part of my story. I hope you find something here that brings joy beyond the moment.
