Bubbles and Crumb

Our story

I’m Brittany Pellegrin, a south Louisiana native, turned Texas transplant in 2021. My favorite thing to do is feed people! After some small scale selling of cookies and King Cakes the last few years, I started this sourdough journey early 2025. I believe that our nutrition is the most important foundation for health! I’m not perfect, but I try to use mostly organic, simple ingredients that you can pronounce. When I’m not in my kitchen, you can find me serving in church or chasing my 4 children in all directions. Bubbles and Crumb is a home-based sourdough bakery rooted in the deeper meaning of daily bread, inspired by Matthew 6:11. Every bubble, every crumb, is a reminder of provision, patience, and grace. Whether you're baking bread with family or sharing it with a neighbor, our hope is that each slice nourishes both body and soul.
